Infinite Management Services Ltd have a vacancy for a Commissioning Co-Ordinator / Manager to join our team

Are you ready to be part of something exciting We are thrilled to have been awarded several new Flagship Projects throughout Northern Ireland and we’re expanding our team to deliver.

This role would suit a junior Mechanical or Electrical Contracts / Project Manager wanting to make the move to Manage Specialist Building Services & Commissioning Management Projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary specialist contractor delivering professional management services in the Building Environment Industry.

Key Duties will include;

  • Co-Ordinate all activities associated with the Building Services Commissioning process.
  • Attend Building Services Commissioning Meetings.
  • Assist Commissioning Manager with Reviews of all Building Services Design Data & Drawings.
  • Visit Site to review the Building Services Installations in line with Commissionability requirements.
  • Produce Commissioning Progress Reports.
  • Collate all Commissioning Data and manage in the Commissioning File.
  • Verify the Quality of the Building Services Commissioning Documents.
  • Ensure that all Statutory Documentation has been received.
  • Liaise with the Building Services Contractor to Co-Ordinate the issue of all Handover Documents, Spares, Manuals & BUGs.

Key Requirements;

  • Positive, Professional & Conscientious attitude to all tasks undertaken.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant experience within the Building Services Industry.
  • Multi-tasking & time management skills for efficient working.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Adobe Platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with Common Data Environments such as A-Site is desirable but not essential.
