We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to take on the role of Team Leader within our recruitment company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of roles, skills, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
