We are looking for a First Line Technical Support person to join the Voteq Development team.

In this WordPress support role, you’ll receive thorough training tailored to both personal and professional development. We offer a well-defined career progression path, enabling transitions from technical support to more specialized positions within the company.

Our distinctive holiday policy provides 33 days of leave, including public holidays, with the flexibility to schedule your bank holiday time off as you see fit.

The role involves flexible shifts, starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 11 pm, accommodating the dynamic nature of support work.

Key qualifications for this role include:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
  • A profound enthusiasm for technology, with a strong focus on WordPress.
  • Experience with Elementor for WordPress site building and content management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, ready to tackle support tickets with efficiency and empathy.
  • The ability to work collaboratively or independently, showcasing confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
  • A zeal for continuous learning and ambition to advance within Voteq.
Highly regarded skills:
  • Prior experience in a Web Hosting or Support Desk environment.
  • Familiarity with Joomla & Drupal.
  • A good grasp of DNS, Domains, and the Linux Command Line.
