This is an opportunity for 1x Senior Data Scientist and 1x Data Scientist (2+ years), to take a significant role in building Machine Learning and AI Solutions for customers, at the forefront of MS Azure AI technologies. The successful candidate will have commercial experience and enjoy working as part of a team and independently. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Take an active role in building Machine Learning and Computer Vision Solutions.
  • Help clients realise the potential of artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and scaled data processing within Azure ecosystem. 
  • Take ownership for the delivery of core solution components. 
  • Explore and analyse data from various sources and formats using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning. 
  • Communicate and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and customers using tools such as Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, and Azure Cognitive Services. 
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and present solutions to customer sponsors.

Required Skills & Experience:  

  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft CoPilot. 
  • Experience with Data Visualisation, Databricks ML Flow, storytelling tools and techniques. 
  • Strong understanding of predictive models, statistical analysis, and pricing analysis. 
  • Working with large data sets (real time, storage, and geo-data). 
  • Writing data science code, proficient in Python, C#, SQL, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and machine learning. 
  • A background in data science or data engineering. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong appetite to work closely with customers. 

Additional Information  

  • Rate: £400-600 (dependent on experience) 
  • IR35: Outside 
  • Start date: August 
  • Initial Duration: 3 months (significant opportunity for extension) 
  • Location: Remote with occasional onsite travel, London/ Essex
