In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and strategic improvements to enhance patient care. Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to create and implement strategies for cell therapy.
  • Help develop accurate plans for future needs.
  • Manage site capacity to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Identify and solve capacity issues.
  • Support CAR T sites by addressing challenges and improving processes.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners.
  • Collect and act on feedback from sites and resolve any issues.
  • Develop plans to solve logistical problems.
  • Encourage the use of digital platforms for ordering and improvements.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Organized, proactive, and team oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs.
  • High ethical standards and promotes an inclusive workplace.
  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, especially in project management.
  • Strong project management and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle complex contracts.
  • Willingness to travel and manage budgets.
