Job Description Head of Financial Accounting (Permanent)
I’m delighted to be assisting a global PE backed business that is undergoing an exciting period of growth with their search for a Head of Financial Accounting.
In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure an efficient and compliant accounting process.


Planning and executing accurate and timely preparation of the annual financial statements for the business including managing external audit processes
Leading timely and accurate preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management accounts
Taking ownership of forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning process around income, costs, balance sheet and cash flow accounting
Leading on tax matters including VAT compliance and filing
Line Management of a small Finance team
Continuous development of accounting processes and controls
Working with key stakeholders on strategic internal projects to support the company’s growth

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with 5 years PQE, a professional demeanour, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of ambition. Apply now for immediate consideration.
