JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Floor Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing our Stylists and Supervisor's.
Key parts of the role:
o Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities
o Implement individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
o Monitor KPIs and teams performance through running reports and updating the management team
o Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota
o Assist with the customers journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensure the customer comes first
o Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge
o Develop Managers through coaching, feedback, appraisals and personal development plans
o Develop a strong internal succession plan for the future.
o Oversee the Management of the commercial business including product performance, space management, stock layout etc.
o Interpret data and convert into action plans
o Build relationships business wide to improve stock packages for our consumer
Our ideal candidate:
o Passionate about the brand and living our values
o Currently at an Assistant Manager/ Floor Manager level or similar in a fast paced environment
o 2 years previous management experience
o Experience of volume retail preferred but not essential
o Strong customer service skills
o Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail as well as a good understanding of store operations
