My job

This person will be responsible for building distribution, increasing range and increasing customer rate of sale across the Leisure Channel within the Foodservice business at a national level, reporting to the Commercial Director.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the performance of the Leisure Channel, including Cinemas, Day Attractions, Holiday Parks, Nightclub & Restaurants & Zoos.
  • P&L responsibility for sectors.
  • Create and nurture key account & grow existing business.
  • Accountable for retention of sites within a customer group.
  • Deliver appropriate equipment upgrades.
  • Achieve NPD listings across account portfolio.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Organised & focused.
  • Relentless focus on achievement.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers.
  • Commercially minded with P&L experience.
  • Relationship building at all levels.
  • Strong influencing & negotiation skills.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience.
  • Ideally knowledge of the UK Leisure Sector, either having worked in the sector directly or supplied the sector.
  • Experience managing large key accounts & groups.
  • Practised in setting KPIs and measuring customer performance.
  • Experienced at delivering against KPIs and adapting approach based on results.
  • Experience of winning new business.
