In a nutshellIn this exciting role as CRM Campaign Developer, you will be a critical component in the CRM and broader marketing team acting as the central point for the build and development of efficient workflows within Adobe Campaign and maximizing the platform's potential.
You will be passionate about delivery and generous with your experience and knowledge, helping to coach, develop and upskill the broader CRM team as well as driving efficiencies between the CRM team and our key partners
Day to day- Daily delivery of best in class campaign activity across all relevant digital channels (email, app, SMS, push, web)
- Test and learn approach to personalisation and how to optimise current activity to drive improved engagement and/or conversion
- Lead relevant campaign activity as required in support of Inspire & Book, Pre-departure or Loyalty initiatives
- Time management & scheduling to ensure that all information is accurate and timely to support with management and traffic workloads
- Development of core systems to enable greater levels of self service across teams for templated communications across the customer journey

Alongside the above we're looking for the following:
- Significant experience with Adobe Campaign (or similar tools) workflow and integration.
- Experience with SQL query design and a good understanding of database design and development is essential along with an understanding of global best practices of email marketing, digital marketing, and data-driven marketing ideally in a travel or retail environment
