Responsibilities

  • NetSuite Implementation: Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP, ensuring successful integration with existing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for configuration and customization.
  • Business Process Optimization: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement best practices to optimize business processes using NetSuite capabilities.
  • Customization and Configuration: Configure NetSuite to meet business needs through customization, scripting, and workflow development.
  • Provide expertise in NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, and Order Management.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of NetSuite functionalities.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues (acting as a L1 support).

  • Integration Management: Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
  • Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay current with NetSuite updates and releases, assessing their impact on existing configurations. Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant (2+ years) with successful implementations (preferably in the Service or SaaS industries).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP modules (incl. ARM or NetSuite Billing), customization tools, and scripting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. NetSuite certification is a plus.
