Circle K Ireland are currently recruiting for the role of Terminal Operator in our Circle K Fuel Terminal in Dublin Port.

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Terminal Operator is responsible for daily operations at the terminal as directed by the Senior Terminal Operator and Terminal Manager.
This is a full-time permanent role based on site in Dublin Port Responsibilities: Plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and safe handling of fuel products within the terminal.
Ensures that all tasks are performed efficiently, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and in coordination with other terminal personnel.
Performs the hands-on, day-to-day tasks required for the terminals operations.
Manages the loading and unloading of products, operating terminal equipment, and adhering to the established safety and quality protocols.
Adheres to safety procedures for operating terminal equipment, handling hazardous materials, and responding to emergency situations.
Assists in maintaining the terminals equipment and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
Ensures that terminal activities are properly documented and recorded in accordance with operational protocols.
Plays lead role in terminal housekeeping.
Awareness of the implementation and compliance with aviation regulations, following EI/JIG Standard 1530.
Carry out administrative duties when required Person Specification: Collaboration and Support, working closely with other terminal operators and staff to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
Communicates effectively with the terminal team and others to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
Takes ownership of tasks and completes them with attention to detail.
Efficiently performs practical tasks required in daily operations.
Demonstrates a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance always Education: Certificate mechanical and automation fitting, electrician or equivalent.
