In this role you will be: Coordinating the day-to-day administration activities of the workshop, including scheduling maintenance and repairs of equipment. Recording and maintaining accurate records of all equipment in the workshop, including maintenance history, condition, and location. Ensuring that all necessary certifications are up to date for each piece of equipment. Managing levels of spare parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance. Liaising with suppliers to order parts and equipment as needed. Handling customer enquiries, requests for quotes, and invoices related to equipment damages. Assisting with the preparation of equipment for hire and the completion of necessary paperwork for transport What will help you to excel in this role: Previous experience within an administrative role or within a busy workshop/depot Excellent IT and communication skills Good multi-tasker and ability to work on own initiative.
