Job Description *Office Based Role*

You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. #The PR & Partnership Lead will grow and develop all public relations and partnership activities, with a particular focus on UK & US. In this role, you will create & drive brand desire through press and media coverage, influencer partnerships and product placement, activated from creative and ambitious strategies that resonate with our community and target customer.
Create and develop new strategies to expand our media presence and our current influencer programme to align with the brand growth strategy, data insights and industry trends
Develop and execute new plans for brand exposure, collaborations and partnerships
Network and build strong relationships with media, agencies and partners
Create pitches and decks covering brand story & press releases, acquiring coverage within fashion media outlets, newspapers, celebrity stylists etc.
Work closely with our Social Media Manager to formulate strategy for influencer partnerships that align with both the brand and planned content
Collaborate with our events team to push our IRL experiences further, with the addition of press days, networking opportunities with media partners and PR focused events for product releases
Pro-actively seek opportunities for the brand to receive exposure to increase brand awareness
Keep a close eye on industry and competitor trends to navigate our planning in a way that sets us apart, with a particular focus on trends that are newly surfacing/forecasted to emerge, but also based on the behaviours of our target community
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager when assessing data and ROI for larger projects, regularly assessing areas for improvement
Crisis manage in the event of a PR emergency

Experience with a proven track record of PR success within a fashion or lifestyle brand, ideally within the UK
Have an already established network of contacts within the UK media and fashion industry, including stylists, editors, models etc.
Have experience in relationship building with influencers and brand partners
Experience with working on and organising different projects simultaneously and against tight deadlines
Experience in face-to-face networking and being a spokesperson for a brand
Crisis management experience
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to analyse data and growth progress that will contribute to the wider brand picture
A highly organised and motivated way of working, with attention to detail and the ability to drive projects pro-actively
The skillset to grow and expand the team, and as an individual within this role to evolve our PR & Partnerships department

#A women's and menswear fashion ecommerce company based near Chester. We began in 2017 from a back garden shed in Wrexham and have grown to be one of the most up and coming brands in this space within the UK.

#Initial call with hiring manager, followed by mini-project and a final in-person interview/introduction morning.
