A respected boutique law firm based near Blackfriars. The firm is renowned for offering exceptional services to clients and offers a wide range of legal services to both individuals and to businesses. The firm also maintains an excellent reputation for providing a good work environment for their staff, flexible working hours and a great culture.

Your new role

You will handle a variety of commercial conveyancing transactions for both freehold and leasehold and advise commercial landlords and tenants, property developers, businesses and individuals on a wide range of commercial property matters.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in commercial financing and business lending.
  • Competency in drafting conditional contracts and option agreements.
  • Experience in rent review and estate management
