Qualifications in Quantity Surveying/Estimating: A relevant qualification or coursework in quantity surveying, construction management, or estimating is preferred.
Driving Licence: Ideally, the candidate will have a valid driving licence.
Good Phone Manner: Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, are essential. Company Vehicle Access: A vehicle will be provided when travel to site is required.
