Are you an accomplished financial leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving growth? Our client, a leader in their sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. Oversee the financial operations of the company, managing a dedicated team of 30 professionals.
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's organic growth objectives.
Support the company's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy, identifying opportunities and driving successful integrations.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Ensure robust financial controls, reporting, and compliance across the organisation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance team.
Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a medium size business (Between £50m and £400m turnover).
Strong expertise in all elements of finance, including transactional finance processes, treasury and FX, managing 3rd party suppliers and external auditors and FP&A.
Demonstrated success in driving organic growth and executing M&A strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
Candidates with experience in Distribution, Automotive, FMCG or Manufacturing are more likely to have experience that aligns with this businesses operating model.
