Job Description

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our maintenance team supporting a retail contract in the Tonbridge area on a mobile basis

The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking a variety of maintenance PPM and reactive maintenance work including:

  • HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing
  • Fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems
  • Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
  • Mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
  • Minor installation work

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
  • Proven building maintenance experience
  • F-GAS 2079 CAT1
  • Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
  • Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
  • Full driving licence
