As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will be having conversations with people to support them get back to financial wellbeing. This is a field based role so you will need to be able to cover one of the above regions.

In this rewarding role we’ll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service to helping our customers achieve financial health. Day to day you can expect to resolve customer’s accounts on a personal basis, taking payments, and setting up repayment plans to help them achieve financial wellbeing
Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account
We’ll supply you with an iPad so you can update customers’ accounts with visit outcomes, so you need to be IT literate and comfortable using the iPad

When dealing with our customers, you'll to need to listen, and ask the right questions at the right time to help you to create the ideal solution for them, so you’ll need the following skills:
