Digital Learning
Maintain and update our online learning platform (Moodle) and CRM booking system (iMIS).
Utilize the e-learning software to create engaging course content using Articulate tools.
Monitor policy outputs for digital learning opportunities.
Continuously improve current digital learning resources.
Update and maintain course pages on the website.
Maintain templates for digital learning production, assisting trainers in providing content in the appropriate style, tone, and format.

Book venues and coordinate logistics for face-to-face training workshops.
Produce learning materials for face-to-face courses (content provided by trainers).
Act as the key contact for administrative queries from delegates and trainers during online and face-to-face courses.
Manage the professional development email inbox.
Work with the Content team to monitor course marketing on the website and social media channels.
Maintain concise delegate, client, and instructor records in CRM (CiviCRM).
Respond efficiently to client/delegate queries received by phone, email, or at course venues in a way that encourages future bookings.
Support the ongoing progress in digital good practice across the organization.
Excellent customer service skills combined with experience working in a progressive learning and development environment.
Experience creating digital learning as part of blended learning courses and development programs.
Excellent time management, organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Experience working with CRM systems (ideally CiviCRM).
Strong experience in digital learning design and administration utilizing Articulate tools or similar.
Excellent written and spoken English with close attention to detail.
Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills.
Experience working within the water or environmental industries.
