Working as the Service Lead, you will be leading and managing a team of Support Workers to deliver excellent supported housing services and/or housing management services to a range of service user groups.
Leading and delivering services which comply with the regulatory framework.
* Meeting service quality standards and ensuring the team are adhering to all operational and policy standards.
* Ensuring all service user support and safety plans are in place.
* Working with internal support services to ensure the best possible service is being provided.
* Taking responsibility for the communication of organisational and local messages through regular and effective team meetings.
* Providing development and support to your direct reports to ensure their effectiveness and wellbeing.
Relevant housing qualification.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of housing legislation and polices.
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
