As a Sales Engineer in the Service Department, you will help improve our client's global service offering. Your role involves finding and engaging potential clients, managing the sales process, and building long-term customer relationships. Your strategic thinking and commercial skills will help drive continuous improvement and keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

YOU MUST HAVE AN ENGINEERING QUALIFICATION. (Identify promising customers and opportunities in target sectors based on the service department’s sales strategy.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, developing winning strategies and performance metrics.
Help the commercial team create winning quotations, ensuring technical details are clearly communicated.
Manage customer expectations and relationships, understanding their long-term goals to align service offerings accordingly.
Proven success in strategic selling and building long-term customer relationships.
Good understanding of service engineering within automation and machine manufacturing industries.
Good understanding of business drivers and commercial awareness.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
