As our Senior Software Engineer, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Perform project and product implementation including program coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and user support for electronic or mobile identity systems of our potential and existing customers local and worldwide.
Product development in related to o Systems involve National CA/PKI, cryptographic and biometric technology especially working with HSM
Develop software for Key Management System, ICAO Data Preparation system and chip personalization with Native OS and Javacard OS.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support on ad-hoc tasks
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
At least 3- 5 years experience in software development and project implementation, eID, ePassport, eSignature and smartcard application.
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, and Linux administration.
Proficiency in web service development using variety of protocol including SOAP, XML/ and RESTful
Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
Travel and fieldwork including international travel; therefore, employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
Must be willing to spend a percentage of time travelling internationally.
Computer Skills Required
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, and Linux administration.
