Head of Sales Nottingham £100k - £120k + 30% + Vehicle We are currently seeking a Head/Director of Sales for our Utilities clients. The role is based in Nottingham with a salary of £100k - £120k plus bonus and a vehicle and fantastic benefits package. Responsibilities for Head of Sales: Achieve profitable contract acquisition and retention targets. Providing monthly reports from Sales department to wider UK management and Headquarters. Implementing the business sales strategy, policies and guidelines, in line with the overall business strategy. Promoting the use of major opportunity win planning and large account planning to maximize success. Work with Strategy colleagues to find key market opportunities to support definition and identification of key customers / groups. Assisting colleagues in gathering data for strategic market research and key customer surveys to identify strategic business opportunities. Maintaining regular customer communication to support annual NPS feedback and continuous improvement initiatives. Driving and monitoring performance of key market development / new product introduction programs. Ensuring effective sales setup capitalizing synergies. Ensuring an effective sales organization and infrastructure to collaborate with other departments. Annually compiling and agreeing budgets and new business growth targets, Provide help with colleague career progression, talent management and succession planning. Requirements for Head of Sales: Track record of Sales leadership – beneficial in utilities or energy market Success in product introduction, market development, strategy implementation Knowledge of CRM applications and reporting Good understanding of sales process and managing new business.
