Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.
  • Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
  • You should be physically fit as the role does involve some manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • You will keep the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works.
  • Inspection logs etc and ensure a high level of customer service .
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer role you must have:
  • Previous experiecne in a Multi Skilled Engineer or Fabric Engineer role.
  • Previous experiecne in the FM maintenance industry.
  • A trade scheme qualification or time served experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable working with IT to record your dailty tasks and updates.
