The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving within the local area and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, companionship, and medication management. Drive clients to appointments or social outings, ensuring safe and reliable transportation. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, creating a supportive environment. Communicate effectively, attentively listening to clients' needs and preferences. Document care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the management team. Requirements: Must be a female candidate (as per confidentiality policy). A valid driving license and access to a vehicle. Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong communication skills to interact with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. A willingness to undergo background checks and training as required. What they Offer:
