This role offers an excellent annual salary of up to £70k, a performance-related bonus and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dedicated team. You'll also have access to your pay as you earn it, making financial management easier.

Our client is an established and successful, family-owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex. They currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex, offering the highest standards of resident care, 24 hours a day, for both long and short-term stays.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the entire service at Berkeley Lodge, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  2. Work closely with your management team, providing strong leadership and inspiration.
  3. Ensure clinical compliance and high-quality hospitality services.
  4. Manage the business performance of the home.
  5. Be responsible for quality monitoring and on-call duties due to the seniority of the role.

Package and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise of CQC essential standards and relevant legislation.
  • Financial awareness and budget management skills.
