The company seeks a candidate with a minimum of three years' management experience within a warehouse setting. Implement and maintain health and safety policies in accordance with current legislation, ensuring a safe workplace environment.

- Lead and manage the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor operational procedures to maximise productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage staff training on health and safety regulations, equipment handling, and emergency response protocols.
- Stay abreast of new legislation and advancements in technology that may impact warehouse operations or health and safety procedures.
Proven experience in warehouse management and health & safety oversight.
- Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualification is highly desirable.
