Assembly Technician (Electro / Mechanical)
Permanent Role
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 13:00
Pension, healthcare after qualifying period
Due to team expansion they are now looking to recruit a dependable and skilled Assembly Technician. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with approachable and talented individuals whilst offering a foundation to advance your career.
Carry out the manufacturing and assembly of the company’s products in accordance with production drawings and specifications.
Piping fabrication and assembly
Panel wiring
Working to set timescale's and to the expected high quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentary evidence of works processes carried out in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System.
Electrical assembly, panel wiring techniques
Sound electro / mechanical knowledge or time served in a practical role that could offer transferable skills.
Knowledge and experience of basic assembly techniques including crimping, wiring, press fit jointing etc.
Ability to use a range of hand tools (drilling, tapping, cutting etc).
Competent user of IT and computer equipment
Willing to undertake professional development training as required.
