Block Dojo is a global venture builder based in the UK that has invested in and built almost 70 startups. They are a key player in the blockchain startup space and in 2022, 24% of all funding in blockchain companies in the UK was came through Block Dojo (Beauhurst). We are looking for our next game-changing founders ready to break into the Web3 space and build an exciting startup.  

 

How do we do it?  

We run a founder-focused 12-week in-person programme that supports founders through a collaborative approach to build future-ready innovations. Through workshops, teaching, mentoring, partner support and more, our 12-week programme is designed to get the best out of founders and prepare them for the future as a startup. This approach has helped our past cohorts raise over £12m of investment.  

 

DOJO SUPPORT  

- Community: we surround you with a team of successful and seasoned entrepreneurs to help you avoid the many hidden pitfalls and barriers to success  

- Clarity: we engage in regular deep dives and discussions to ensure a deeper understanding of ideas to keep you on the right track  

- Network: we provide access to our ecosystem of 3,000+ angel and venture capital investors, 200+ mentors, and 200 venture capital partners  

- Workshops: tested over 8 cohorts, we cover everything from founder fundamentals, MVP validation, financial modelling, customer validation and GTM strategy, pitch training and more  

- Smart Capital: beyond our financial support, we provide you the building blocks `to succeed such as office space in London and ~£175k in partner credits, that offers exponential value and sets you up for success after the programme  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

- Attend in-person, full-time at our office in East London (Stratford/Hackney) from Monday to Thursday over 12 weeks;  

- Participate in and complete our weekly development curriculum;  

- Network and connect with a range of mentors, advisors, and industry experts to develop your entrepreneurial skills;  

- Work closely with our development and design teams to bring business ideas to life, from inception to prototypes;  

- Connect with development partners, early clients, and potential customers to build your products/service offering;  

- Gain invaluable guidance from mentors and advisors with years of experience in the founder’s industry;  

- Build a community of entrepreneurs, advisors, mentors, investors, experts and more to support the business after the programme;  

- Pitch your startup at investor lunches, dinners, and the final investor showcase.
