SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, offering SHEIN branded apparel and products from global network of vendors, all at affordable prices. We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Samples Coordinator to work at our London office. The candidate will be focused and driven and will assist with the overall sample coordination, from headquarters dispatchment tracking to post-photoshoot packing and storing processes.
Check-in samples across multiple channels like product lists, briefs and sample management software
Assist in keeping styling wardrobe samples organised and its inventory up to date
Housekeeping of sample storage room and wardrobe
Support Manager with, but not limited to, data tracking like volume of samples, shoots and styling purchases
Support the Styling Manager with administrative work, keeping all spreadsheets accurately filled and relevant data recorded
1+ year of experience in stockroom/sample inventory or similar role
~ Proactive and flexible with a can-do attitude
~ Experience with Excel
