Marketing Executive

Location: Southampton (Hybrid - 1 or 2 days on-site per week).

Type: Full-Time.

Salary: Dependant on Experience - May look at Marketing Manager level.

Our in-house marketing team is pivotal in driving the success of our diverse portfolio, which also includes supporting our consulting activities. We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities - Marketing Executive

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns for our aviation, aerospace, and other brands on Linkedin.
  • PPC and SEO: Implement and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to maximise online visibility and engagement.
  • Google Ads and META Platforms: Utilise your expertise in Google Ads and META platforms to create and optimise advertising campaigns.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update multiple WordPress and Shopify websites, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with team members to organise and manage events, from planning through execution.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience - Marketing Executive

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of creating engaging content and growing audiences.
  • Strong understanding of PPC and SEO fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and META advertising platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress and Shopify.
  • Ability to manage multiple websites and maintain high standards of content quality.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Qualifications - Marketing Executive

  • Experience in marketing activities.
  • Experience within the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Knowledge of event management and coordination.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms.
