* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for this role would possess a blend of technical and commercial accounting experience, along with a strong drive to add commercial value and support continued business growth. This candidate would be adept at navigating complex accounting issues while also providing valuable financial analysis and insights to drive strategic decision-making within the organisation. They would have a solid understanding of accounting principles and standards, coupled with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations. Additionally, they would demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the company's overall success.
