Job Introduction

As we continue to spread the doughlightful goodness across the UK, we are on the lookout for Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) who want a slice of the action and who are Ready to Rise.

Our Restaurant General Managers oversee a dedicated workforce, spanning the globe, all focused on crafting, serving, and delivering piping hot, fresh, and mouthwatering pizzas to our valued customers. Your role will involve running operations, leveraging your expertise, coaching abilities, and leadership skills to guide your team toward success.

Main Responsibilities

Expect a role that'll stretch you every day. When you're not taking calls, sorting out rotas or motivating the team, you'll take the lead on promotions designed to boost turnover.

As the leader of your operations, you'll have complete financial accountability, and as long as you uphold our brand values, you'll enjoy the freedom and independence to run the unit according to your own style.

Managing a Pizza Hut requires someone who thrives on a challenge and excels within a fast-paced environment. The pressure of making quick, impactful decisions can be tough and we are looking for those 'Step-Change Thinkers' who have excellent commercial awareness and can grow a business as well as their team.

The Ideal Candidate

Required experience:

You must have demonstrated the ability to lead a team to success and achieve exceptional results by operating efficiently and safely within the Pizza Hut environment. Your agility and ability to serve as a role model will enable you to work effectively, possessing extensive product knowledge and the capability to assist others in their learning and development alongside you.

Skills/Knowledge required:


  • Proficient in managing a diverse team of enthusiastic pizza enthusiasts.
  • Possess commercial awareness and the ability to think outside the box in order to drive market performance in your specific area.
  • Understanding of financial management.
  • Skilled in utilizing data and insights to drive results through your team.
  • Excellent coaching abilities and a growth mindset. We will provide you with exceptional training and support.
  • Basic knowledge of HR/employee relations to guide your team members throughout their journey with us.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with your team, superiors, and customers.
  • Capable of interpreting data and sharing plans with your team.
  • A proven track record of developing individuals within a professional setting.
