As a Multi-Trade Plasterer your duties will include:

• Preparation of surfaces, plaster boarding where needed, skimming, patch plastering
• Carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, Painting, Basic Plumbing, Brickwork, Slabbing, Roofing
• Travelling between multiple sites per day

As a Multi-Trade Plasterer Carpenter you will need:

• Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing settings
• Asbestos Awareness - desirable
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• NVQ level 2 minimum in Plastering
• The successful Multi-Trade Plasterer will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, Phone, Tablet, 22 days holiday which increases with length of service up to 25 days plus bank holidays, your birthday off every year after upon successful completion of your first year, Pension contribution, access to discounts at a variety of shops including large supermarkets, clothes shops and airport parking. There are great opportunities for overtime, and you will also be on call out 1 in every 6 weeks.
