**Venatu Recruitment Group are currently seeking **3.This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career as a van driver, as **no previous experience is required**—just a **full clean UK driving license**. With start times between **3:00 AM and 10:00 AM** and shifts lasting up to **12 hours**, this role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable, long-term opportunity.
We ensure drivers stick to one shift pattern per week, and **rest days are factored in**. Rotas are provided at both the **start and end of each week**.

**Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety.
- Pick orders, load the van, deliver to designated locations, and unload upon return to the warehouse.
- Complete deliveries efficiently and accurately, adhering to schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading as necessary, demonstrating proficiency in handballing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

**Shift Patterns Available:**
Midnight to 8:30 AM** – 5 days over 7 on a rota basis (Temp to Perm)
Adhoc Shifts** (2:00 AM until finish) – 7 days a week, shifts to be informed weekly depending on client needs
Start times** between **3:00 AM and 10:00 AM**, with shifts up to 12 hours. One shift pattern per week will be adhered to, and rotas are provided at the beginning and end of each week.
