The service is truly a beautiful service that provides exceptional levels of care. This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully a luxury, fully private care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance. The Candidate The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment. The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives. Requirements Nursing Home Manager experience (Essential). Commissioning Nursing Home experience (Desirable). RGN/RMN/RNLD (Desirable). Experience working within luxury, mainly private homes (Essential). Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to market to the private market. Location The home is based in the Margate are and would be a suitable commute from Birching-on sea, Ramsgate, Herne Bay, Sandwich, Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Ashford, Isle of Sheppey and Rochester. Summary My client is seeking an experienced Luxury Nursing Home Manager, desirably with a nursing pin, who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £85,000 + 40% bonus.
