Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and strategic leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of the company. We at Faghani Limited are seeking to expand our business by applying for an electronic money institution (EMI) license and are therefore looking for an ideal candidate with a strong grasp of the payment and electronic money services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

 

•⁠ ⁠ Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategic goals.

•⁠ ⁠ Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

•⁠ ⁠ Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.

•⁠ ⁠ Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, partners, and regulators.

•⁠ ⁠ Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation and growth initiatives, including new product development and market expansion.

•⁠ ⁠ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the organization’s performance and reputation.

•⁠ ⁠ Corporate Governance: Ensure robust corporate governance practices and uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry.

•⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of the payment and electronic money service sector, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of driving business growth and managing complex organizational structures.

•⁠ ⁠Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and achieve fiscal goals.

•⁠ ⁠Strong commitment to ethical leadership and corporate governance.
