Red Sky Personnel are recruiting for an Aircraft Material Supplier at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for entry level candidates looking to launch their career in Aviation.

As an Aircraft Material Supplier, you will play a key role in keeping the British Airways fleet in the sky. In this role it will be your responsibility to ensure the receipt, storage and distribution of aircraft materials and tooling meet the operational and maintenance requirements in a cost effective and timely manner.

Transact aircraft materials and tools in accordance with the current technical procedures and processes.

• Ensure good storekeeping practices and quality standards are maintained to a high level at all times.

• Responsible for compliance with health & safety, environment and quality legislation. • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. • Provide expertise in relation to Dangerous Goods & Road Transportation regulations (where relevant IATA/ADR course certification/knowledge is held).

• Receipt aircraft materials into British Airways Engineering in accordance with the privileges granted under approval of being an MIA stamp holder (in circumstances were deemed to be required by the business and an individual holds an MIA stamp).

• Shift Patterns

On average 40 hours a week.

Days: 8 am- 4 pm, Monday- Friday

Nights: 06:45 pm- 06:45 am 4 on/ 4 off

Salary £27,112 Days (Inc Shift Pay) £32,012 Nights (Inc Shift Pay)

A full UK, manual driving license with no more than 3 points

•Although full training is provided, previous manual handling and team work experience is desirable •Have a zero-tolerance approach to security

•Counter Balance Forklift licence (preferable)

•5-year checkable history (employment, self-employment, education or benefit claim) •5-year UK address history

•Eligibility to work in UK (UK Passport, EU Passport, Non-EU Passport & Visa, Biometric Residence Permit, UK Birth Certificate & (British citizens only)

•Successful candidates will be required to pass driver medical and driving assessment
