As a Regional Recruitment Lead, you'll grow and develop in an exciting business that puts people at the centre of everything we do.

* The role of the Regional Recruitment Lead is to manage and oversee the resourcing and recruitment of all new care colleagues.
* As a leading strategic focus around recruitment of talent to support and deliver growth for your region.
* To work with the Regional Onboarding Compliance Officer and the Regional Recruitment team to ensure candidates are fully compliant and ready to work in a swift and safe manner.
* To build mutually beneficial relationships with clients (Branch teams) and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to maximise our performance and business growth.
* To be responsible for developing business to meet targets defined by the Head of Recruitment alongside branch requirements whilst achieving qualitative and legislative standards.
To implement a recruitment plan to manage the full recruitment process for your designated branches.
* Manage and coordinate specific branch recruitment campaigns, including advertising campaigns, outreach projects, local engagement activities and events to achieve measures and build commercial networks.
* To build networks within local communities, education facilities and career guidance services to generate more recruits.
* Regional travel to designated branches will be an expectation depending on branch growth focus.
* Support business development and marketing activities in conjunction with the Regional Recruitment team, Recruitment Marketing Manager, and branch teams to identify and secure new business within the designated client groups in line with the company's business plan.
* Develop an excellent understanding of the carer colleague role to support the candidate experience and be relatable during the recruitment process.
* Carry out recruitment in accordance with ISO, CI, and CQC requirements, working with the Regional Onboarding Compliance team for the necessary DBS, reference and other background checks as required by CQC/CI.
* Regular use of the internal database "IRIS" to monitor, update and encourage a speedy recruitment journey from start to compliance.
* Ensure all recruitment strategies are optimised and adhered to.
* Ensure a safer recruitment culture is maintained throughout the business.
* Have an adaptable, confident, and flexible attitude.

Have effective time management skills and the ability to priorities effectively.

2 years commercial or inhouse recruitment experience
*
Have knowledge of and operate in line with ISO, CI, and CQC requirements/legislation.
* Building successful relationships.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks there may be extension to timelines.
