An excellent school in Epping for children, young people and adults with autism are seeking a fantastic Learning Support Assistant to join them on a short term basis immediately.

This school is a specialist co-educational school for students aged 3 - 19 years old with autism and additional complex needs. They are successful in meeting the needs of students with wide-ranging strengths and needs, providing a nurturing environment where students are able to thrive and grow their self-esteem.

As an LSA within this school you must share the views of the school in being able to successfully develop each student to their highest potentials. This requires a conscientious and enthusiastic LSA with a background in SEND.

You must have the following -

- Experience supporting children/young people with SEND

- A friendly and inspiring personality

- The ability to build self-esteem and promote independence in students
