They are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive who brings passion to the role as the company enters an exciting phase of growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving Sales across your given area - ensuring the business reaches its sales targets. You will work closely with all areas of the business including Planning & Production whilst you build new and manage existing relationships with Customers. Create brand awareness in the area
~“Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
~ Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
~ Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
~ Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
~ Identify Key Accounts within the business - including reviewing opportunities for growth using the reseller strategy
~ Stay ahead of affairs within the Highways industry
~ Update the CRM system for your area of the business
~ Help deliver tenders when needed
~ Ensure you and the business are hitting volume and margin targets
~ Undertake other duties as necessary to the role/business
