Job Title : Digital Executive
Job Type: Full Time/Part Time (salary £23k-£26k pro rata)
MWT Cymru (Mid Wales Tourism) is a prominent organisation in the visitor and tourism sector, committed to enhancing the digital experience of our customers and members through innovative web management and dynamic social media engagement.
As a Digital Executive at MWT Cymru, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our visitor-oriented websites, managing our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and keeping our product database current. You will update content in accordance with our branding guidelines, respond to business inquiries, and support marketing initiatives.
Manage and update content on our visitor and trade websites using CMS systems.
· Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
· Handle website and telephone inquiries, providing support to MWT member businesses.
· Assist in various digital marketing projects and daily operational tasks.
· Maintain and update the visitor product database, sourcing data as needed and ensuring all information is current.
· Communicate with the Chief Executive to refine digital strategies.
· Create and manage online forms and surveys using tools such as Jotform.
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
· Good copywriting skills for online content, excellent design eye, and attention to detail.
· Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
Desired Qualities:
· Quick learner passionate about digital marketing.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and awareness of digital trends.
· Experience with digital content management and ability to implement brand guidelines.
· Experience with newsletter distribution systems like Constant Contact and online forms like Jotform.
· Experience managing and updating databases.
· Welsh-speaking is desirable, but not essential.
