Registered Care Home Manager

Morgannwg House, a 20 bed Nursing Home in the Brecon Beacons is looking for an experienced, all-rounded team leader, who is well-organised and has nursing experience, to take the role of Home Manager. We are happy to consider both experienced managers and deputy managers looking for a step up.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the care home, managing all aspects, including effectively managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance is adhered to and maintained. You will have full autonomy to organise your team.
You will have.
NVQ 5 preferably or equivalent (we can put you through this if required).
At least 5 years of current experience in the care industry.
Current experience in managerial role in a care home.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus a management qualification.
An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style.
Computer literacy skills.
Package and Benefits:
An excellent salary of £55,000 per annum.
A performance-related bonus.
28 Days Holiday, including usual bank holidays.
A permanent, full-time contract of 40 hours per week.
