5 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday, 09:00am - 17:30pm
Sub-contracting samples for outsourced analysis and transferring samples between sites. The role holder will be expected to ensure the customer experience is maximized through accurate and timely performance of duties relating to receiving customer samples and outsourcing for sub-contracted analysis.
Manage the sub-contracting journey from initial query point of sale through to testing completion.
Act as a technical support to outsource pricing and testing requirements with sub-contracting labs.
Liaising with sales to ensure they are aware of updated/new pricing for sub-contractors.
