Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Head of Change & Transformation to join our highly skilled and dynamic Strategy team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices in Leamington or Bicester, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
Within Strategy, the Business Change and Transformation team is responsible for shaping and executing a broad and impactful programme of transformation and change activities, as well as BAU operational business requirements, programme management of cross-design and brand projects, and support to the Chief Strategy Officer where required.
Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, the ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business transformation and operational excellence, be intellectually curious, able to work independently and be comfortable with ambiguity. A fast learner, with strong execution, while keeping focused on high impact projects, will be critical.
Be accountable for the overall company’s Transformation strategy and aligning this to the business requirements. Defining and executing a strategy and ways of working which enable the organisation to operate efficiently and effectively – including people, transformation and change, internal communications, programme management, business planning and governance, compliance and facilities and logistics.
Oversee the delivery of large-scale projects and programmes that incorporate proactive and innovative solutions in order to address business challenges identifying and overcoming risks that may hinder achievement of the area’s goals.
Drive and embed the use of Agile practices and tools as appropriate throughout the function and ensure an agile mindset is present throughout.
Be responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritisation, and building a culture of business excellence.
Proven track record of building and leading a large-scale change/transformation function and ability to influence change and action at all levels of the enterprise, ideally within a creative environment.
