Holding leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its students, and the performance management of staff.
Access to a programme of free training in respect of education/governance matters.
A sense of achievement in helping make a difference to young people reaching their potential.
The College is committed to improving the diversity of the board so that we can improve our effectiveness and our ability to meet the needs of our diverse students, stakeholders and the wider region.
