Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Design & Development: Design, develop, and continuously improve software solutions that provide robust business platforms and technology capabilities for the bank's customers and colleagues. Utilize advanced engineering methodologies to achieve these goals.
  • End-to-End Change Automation: Lead the automation of the end-to-end change management process, focusing on guardrail governance, lifecycle management, and DevOps integration.
  • Backend Development: Leverage extensive experience in backend development, with strong programming skills in Java and Python, to build and optimize scalable software systems.
  • Full-Stack Development: Apply full-stack development experience to ensure seamless integration across the technology stack, focusing on both backend and frontend systems where necessary.
  • Data Augmentation & Kafka: Implement and manage real-time data augmentation processes, utilizing Kafka for efficient data streaming and processing.
  • Architecture & Metadata Management: Design and maintain architecture that supports automated backup processes and metadata acquisition, ensuring smooth and frictionless operations.
  • CAF Process Optimization: Lead efforts to automate and streamline the CAF process, reducing delivery time and improving governance standards.
  • Strategic Change & Transformation: Contribute to strategic change initiatives, driving digital transformation and aligning development efforts with the bank’s long-term goals.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Test Automation & Secure Coding: Implement test automation practices and ensure secure coding standards are adhered to, maintaining high-quality and secure software development.
