Our client is a massive player in the Energy & Natural Resources / Utilities industry, providing safe water and waste water services to over 5 million people across Yorkshire.
We are looking for an experienced PI Claims Handler to support the business on a temporary basis. The primary responsibility is to manage and process claims that may arise from incidents related to the company's operations.
Logging, assessing and investigating claims on system
Communicating with claimants' experts, statutory bodies and client by email, telephone and in writing
Legal compliance and liaison
Adhere to company policies
Experience of dealing with Personal Injury claims is essential for this post. The successful PI Claims Handler will have demonstrable legal knowledge, investigative skills and strong communication.
While remote working can be accommodated most of the time, someone local to Bradford office would be ideal. Rate dependent on experience and flexible hybrid working from Bradford office.
