Parking System Manager
Are you a candidate who is degree qualified within a technology related field? Do you have experience in system implementation management and system programming? With business stakeholders, sponsors, Project Managers, end users, and other business support functions.
Accountable for project delivery and establish internal and external benchmarks and appropriate KPI's as the basis for demonstrating the quality and effectiveness of delivery.
Accountable for managing risks, issues, changes, and escalations. Financial responsibility for project expenditure, including establishing budgets, monitoring spends and re-forecasting on a regular basis to highlight any potential issues.
Promote a culture of pro-activity, innovation, transparency, collaboration and flexibility in all aspects of project delivery.
Responsible for managing third party suppliers to achieve the desired project outcomes.
Technical awareness to manage projects with a high degree of technology content
Appreciation of how the architecture, policies and governance are applied to delivery of the project.
Financial and cost management. low level detailed cost/spend analysis, benefits realisation, to high level project and programme level spend
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of dealing with internal, external and third-party supplier senior level decision makers
Commercial awareness and drive. Strong awareness is required to firmly ground all projects and ensure spend and benefits are constantly tracked and articulated clearly
People management and leadership. Experience in dealing with teams of project managers and business analysts and ability provide steer and guide through each stage of the project life cycle
