The role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting acquisition growth of the UK facing brands (Sports and Casino) within Kindred. You will activate digital media campaigns across both upper and lower funnel channels, demonstrate a sound knowledge of ROI measurement & payback reporting and will use key insights to shape, optimise and develop campaign tactics. You will be expected to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within the business and across key external partners and agencies.
What you will do
Support the Digital Acquisition Manager across PPC/SEO/Strategic Affiliates/Programmatic Display/Social/App Search & Ad Network (App) growth.
Activation of digital brand campaigns and alignment of KPIs with above the line media (reach/frequency).
Cross channel media buying support on 32Red – onboarding of new partners to deliver against targets.
Support on strategic quarterly planning.
Media buying, optimisation and value-based ROI reporting across acquisition channels, using all available reports and tools to inform and drive the strategy.
Activation of sponsorship inventory through digital platforms.
Support in stakeholder management across key strategic affiliates, agencies, suppliers & internal business functions.
Bonus abuse identification, mitigation and management.
Conversion optimisation – working with stakeholders to drive full-funnel efficiencies in digital media.
Bonus optimisation – configuration and delivery of bonuses to drive conversion efficiencies while maintaining an effective rate of payback.
Support on ad-tech advancements to be best in class.
Competitor audits and analysis.
Keep abreast of the latest digital trends in the marketplace.

Your experience
A genuine interest in the gambling industry is a real advantage
Circa 1 to 2 years' experience in a digital media role
Strong drive, resilience, and assertiveness in a performance marketing context
Have a strong passion for digital and an eagerness to keep abreast of the latest trends
Have demonstrable success within a digital marketing role, and a core understanding on PPC/SEO/Affiliates/Mobile/Social & Programmatic Display within the acquisition channel mix
Strong analytical/reporting skills and a data driven mindset
Proven skills in using the following tools: Microsoft Office suite, MMPs (ex: Appsflyer/Adjust) Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics & Affiliate reporting systems (ex: NetRefer/Income Access)
Proven skills in using the following Ad platforms: Facebook/Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Twitter Ads, Programmatic (ex:AppNexus)
Understanding of buying models; CPA/CPI/CPC etc
Experience in day to day planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
Great stakeholder communication and presentation skills and the ability to co-ordinate campaign briefs with multiple stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills
An ability to think creatively and be pro-active about coming up with ideas and new ways of working. Not afraid to challenge the status quo
Autonomous and organized to prioritize and deliver quality work on time
Excellent social skills and ability to build cross functional relationships
